Any company that you're considering must be able to demonstrate some examples of the type of training materials they provide. Make sure you encounter videos of instructor-led classes and interactive areas to practice in.

It's unwise to choose training that is only available online. Because of the variable quality and reliability of all internet service providers, you should always obtain actual CD or DVD ROM's.

You have to make sure that all your certifications are current and also valid commercially - forget courses which lead to some in-house certificate (which is as useless as if you'd printed it yourself). Only fully recognised examinations from companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Adobe and CompTIA will mean anything to employers.
